Located directly behind the world famous Hemingway House grounds, just 2 houses off celebrated Duval Street on quiet, intimate Whalton Lane.  Hemingway's View is a thoughtfully and recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath charming turn-of-the-century Conch cottage.

Accommodating up to 6 persons, each of the air-conditioned 3 bedrooms has a king bed, ceiling fan, bedside tables, lamps, large double door closets with mirrors and French doors opening to the outside. The rear bedroom is surrounded by French doors which open onto the covered veranda, in-room refrigerator, CD player, iron & ironing board, safe and clock/radio telephone. Both bathrooms have marble floors, large closets, hair dryers, tubs with showers. The rear bath has a marble topped vanity with double sinks and large vanity to ceiling mirror and features a bidet.

The white-washed wooden walls in the spacious living and dining room feature paintings of great white herons topped by a wood cathedral ceiling with ceiling fans and air conditioning. The great room is completely furnished with Henry Link wicker sofa, chairs, tables, rocker, double French doors opening to the outside. Twenty-seven inch TV with surround sound, VCR, CD/tape player completes the living room and opens onto the front porch with swing and chairs for watching the sun set behind the Hemingway House.

The breakfast bar overlooks the completely equipped kitchen (refrigerator with ice-maker, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pots, dishes, and all cooking utensils necessary to prepare a gourmet dinner) with cordless telephone/answering machine.

On the rear decked veranda there are wicker chairs, sofa, tables and magazine racks for enjoying our delightful evenings or listening to a rain storm making music on the tin roof. Beyond is a large tropically landscaped, bricked private back yard with hot-tub for star gazing, table and chairs and lounge chairs for sun-bathing. Included is your own private parking space.
