The package is not available during holidays, special events or black out dates.

***Re-scheduling must be made by phone or fax to Vacation Key West fourteen days prior to arrival (thirty days for holidays and special events), or package will be forfeit. A $35.00 charge is applied to any change to your reservation except when the boat is unable to sail.

If the boat is unable to sail, Vacation Key West will provide the following alternatives:

- Car rental from Ft. Myers at no additional cost.
- A credit voucher to reschedule the package within the next year (except for the Casa Marina Resort and Westin Resort, in which case we refund less 80% of the package cost.)

Vacation Key West also offers and suggests Trip Assurance as an alternative to protect your investment in case the ferry boat gets cancelled.
