SPRING BREAK HOTELS: Please note that only a few hotels are accepting guests under the age of 25 years old during the month of March. Hotels are very strict and will be checking IDs. Here at Vacation Key West we have exclusive rates at the following hotels that will be welcoming spring break students from ages 21 years and up.

GRAND KEY RESORT: 3 miles from Duval St and close to Smathers Beach. Transportation to and from Old Town is provided. Rooms feature either one queen or two doubles and can accommodate up to 4 people.
-Rates start at $58/person on weekdays and $70/person on weekends.
(Based on four people.)
**** Please note: The hotel will be requiring a $500 security deposit per room and will be checking IDs upon check-in.

SHERATON SUITES: Just 2.5 miles from Duval St. and right across the street from Smathers Beach. Large suites with either two queen beds or a king and a sleeper sofa in the living room can fit up to 6 people.
-Rates start at $68/person on the weekdays and $73/person on the weekends.

CROWNE PLAZA LA CONCHA: Right on Duval Street, seconds from Sloppy Joe’s and Mallory Square. Rooms feature either one queen bed or two doubles and can fit up to 4 people.
-Rates start at $125/person on weekdays and $155/person on weekends.

HOTEL KEY WEST: Just 3 miles from Duval St. at the entrance to the island. Large rooms feature either two queen beds or a king and can fit up to four people.
-Rates start at $42/person on the week days and $45/person on the weekdays.
(Based on 4 people.)

RADISSON: Just 2 miles from Duval St on North Roosevelt Blvd. Rooms feature either king bed or two doubles.
-Rates start at $59/person on weekdays and $63/person on weekends.

HYATT WINDWARD POINTE: Minimum age is 21 years old. Units are $425/night plus tax. Hold $50/day on the credit card.

SUNRISE SUITES: 25 years and older. $500 security and maximum four people per unit.
