Santiago’s Bodega Key West

Imaginative use of local fare marks Santiago’s Bodega as one of the best in Key West tapas style. The small plates are reasonably-priced but they’re delicious, so the bill can add up when ordering several.  The flaming herbed goat cheese (saganaki) and the tapas trio of traditional hummus, roasted red pepper hummus and olive tapenade with warm pita bread to dip is as good as it gets.  Santiago’s is famous for their bread pudding.  The bar area is fabulous, and there’s indoor and outdoor dining.
